using map in offline mode :

Note :
Note : City maps are suplemental to the base map of Serbia given above. Download the file and unzip it on your PC. Installation is the same as for the base map - you should transfer those file to the E:\Temp\MGMapsCache folder on your device SD card. File names do not interfere, therefore, you can simply use the 'overwrite' option when transfering new files.
Alternative :
You may create map repository on your PC, and download and assemble map packages there. For instance, one may create "MGMapsCache" folder on hard drive and undertake all map updates here, on PC. Prior to file transfer, one sholud fully delete "E:\Temp\MGMapsCache" folder from the SD Card, and then transfer "MGMapsCache" folder to the card as whole. General map of Serbia contains subfolder numerated from 1 to 11, while city maps contain subfolders 12-16, so you can even transfer only subfolders with new content.
2. Unzip the MGMapsCache.zip file on your PC. You should get the folder named "MGMapsCache".
3. Connect your mobile device with your PC. Create folder "Temp" on the root directory of the memory card, if there is not one. Transfer the "MGMapsCache" folder to the "Temp" folder of the SD card. SD card is usually seen as "E:\" - so, the conten of the map should reside in "E:\Temp\MGMapsCache" folder
Note: initial recommendation stated that map content should be placed in the root folder of memory card (default setting of the MGMaps application). However, certain phone models try to cache this folder when using the phone "Gallery" application, which may be time consuming process due to the large number of map tiles. Hence, our new recommendation is for maps to be installed "E:\Temp\MGMapsCache" folder. This also implies the change in Settings in paragraph 5. (please, note this as well). We kindly thank our users for this suggestion.
4. Startup the MGMaps application on your phone. If not done previously, you should add the new map type, using the instructions under A.
5. From the main menu, select "Menu/Settings/Map Browsing". Check the "Stored Maps" option , and enter the path to the map folder in "Storage Path" field - "E:\Temp\MGMapsCache". Click "Save" and go back to the main application screen.
6. Restart the application. You should be able to see the maps in offline mode. Note : it has been reported that some phone models require access permission each time when map tile is to be read from the SD card. This detail is not related to the application, but to your phone settings - you may set this in the Application Manager of your phone, where you can set the permanent "Read User Data" permission to the MGMaps application.
